This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
The phone number shown at the bottom of your quotes and invoices will reflect the number listed on the profile of the Sales Lead for that project.
If you're the Sales Lead and would prefer to show a company number instead of your personal number, you can update your profile by changing the phone number.
The email address displayed will be pulled from your Company Info in the system.
Please note: the company email shown on your quotes, invoices, and contracts is required and is pulled from your Company Info. It cannot currently be left blank, removed, or hidden. If you would like the ability to hide or customize which company contact details appear on client-facing materials, let us know via chat; we are tracking this as a feature request.
