Want to see notes about each project without opening them one by one? You can add note fields to your “Projects” tab using Custom Columns.
Step-by-Step: Add Notes to Your Projects View
Go to your “Projects” tab.
Click “Manage Layout” at the top-right of the page.
In the dropdown, select the “Sales” section.
Choose one or both of the following:
“Internal Contract Notes”
“External Contract Notes”
These custom columns will automatically appear at the end of your Project List view
(Optional) Drag and drop each column to change the view on your Project list
You’ll now be able to see these notes in your project list at a glance! This is especially helpful for quickly scanning client-facing reminders or internal team instructions.
