This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Your active users are any team members who currently have an active seat subscription. An inactive user refers to a former team member whose seat subscription has been canceled.
When you remove a user from a seat, their status in Goodshuffle Pro automatically changes from active to inactive.
Inactive users are shown in the Team filter.
Why This Matters
You’ll often see inactive users listed under the “Team” filter on your Projects list. This helps you:
View which past projects this user was involved in as a Sales Lead
Access their activity history in each project’s logs
