Add a Teammate

From the Subscriptions Page

  1. Navigate to the Account menu and choose Subscriptions.

  2. Click “Invite Teammates” under the Team Management section.

  3. Enter the teammate’s email in the Email Address field.

  4. Choose a Seat Type (Full or Limited).

  5. Select a Subscription Type (Monthly or Annual).

  6. Click “Add Another Teammate” if needed.

  7. (Optional) Add a promo code.

  8. Click “Send Invite”.

💡 If you have empty seats, you’ll see an option to assign an invite directly to one.

From a Project

You can also add a teammate from any project by:

  1. Clicking the “Team” tab.

  2. Selecting “Invite Teammates.”

To add a teammate from one of your projects, visit the "Team" tab and click "Invite Teammates."

Add a Teammate to an Existing Seat

If you’re replacing someone:

  • Click “Invite Teammate” under the empty seat.

  • Or, use the “Invite Teammate” button in Team Management.

Enter the teammate’s email, select the seat type and subscription, then click “Send Invite.”

They’ll receive an email titled “Company Invitation” prompting them to join.

Once they confirm and log in, they’ll be added to your team list.

Once your teammate has confirmed their email and entered their info, you’ll see their name on your Subscription page.

Remove a Teammate from a Seat

  1. Go to the Team Management section.

  2. Click the three dots beside the user.

  3. Select “Remove From Seat.”

Note: Removing a user does not remove the seat.

  • If you're on an annual plan, the seat remains available to reassign.

  • If you're on a monthly plan and no longer need that seat, you can cancel it to stop billing.
