Step 2: Assign Full or Limited Users
In the assignment panel, select any available user (highlighted in green), which indicates they are not currently assigned to another route at that time. You can choose from both Full Users and Limited Users.
🔒 Note: Limited Users can be assigned to a route/waypoint, but cannot make assignments themselves.
Step 3: Choose a Role
Assign a specific role for each user:
Crew Member - Handles tasks such as loading, setup, teardown, or on-site support.
Driver – Responsible for operating the vehicle and overseeing transport logistics.
Can a user have different roles for different routes?
Yes, you can assign multiple roles to a single crew member across different routes. However, if a user is assigned overlapping roles at the same time, such as being scheduled for two stops that conflict, you'll see a conflict warning. This notice helps prevent double-booking and ensures clear scheduling for everyone involved.
Notify Assignees via Email
After saving the assignment:
Each team member will receive an automated email notification.
Emails include:
Project details
Route or waypoint name
Role
Time window (if specified)
This ensures your crew knows exactly where to be and when.
