This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

The Taxes in QuickBooks calculate based off of the subtotal of the invoice, whereas Goodshuffle Pro calculates tax per line item. We do this to support our vendors who need to charge multiple taxes on some items, but not on others.

This can create a difference of a couple cents between Goodshuffle Pro and an existing QuickBooks Invoice.

For example: If I have an invoice that has two items for 60.50 at 6.5% tax, Goodshuffle Pro will charge tax per line item (3.93 on each item), total tax: 7.86

QuickBooks Online/Desktop will look at the Subtotal (121.00) and charge tax on that amount: 7.87

This rounding can lead to 1 or 2 cent differences.
