Why does my message say "Undelivered: Dropped"

Should an email be sent to a particular inbox that either rejects the email, or is invalid for some other reason, the email address will be suppressed. This is to help maintain and improve your sending reputation, ensuring you have the highest chance of email deliverability.

Please confirm the email address is spelled correctly/formatted correctly. If this error persists after confirming you have the correct address, please reach out to us in our Chat.
