Add Inventory to a Contract

Add your inventory items, or create custom items and packages on the fly.

Click “Add” in the Line Item Group.

 

You two options when you add your inventory items:

  • Inventory Item

  • Custom Item / Package

Inventory Item

Select “Inventory Item” to add items that are already in your tracked inventory. Find the item needed, select the quantity, then click “Add” to add it to the line item group. Add as many items as you need for the line item group. Note: You'll be alerted if you're adding something with a conflict, but you may still choose to proceed then solve the conflict (via subrental or other method) later. 

Once all inventory has been added to the line item group, click the “x” to close the pop up, or simply click back on the main contract page. 

Custom Item / Package

Select “Custom Item / Package” to add in a custom item or package that is not part of your inventory.

Add the custom item / package name.

Click "Add Start Time & duration" to add an hourly time to this item.

Add the quantity, choose between Flat Fee or Contents, apply any applicable discount(s), then click “Save” in the upper right corner to save the custom item / package and add it to the line item group. 

If you're creating a custom package, you may then click the three dots next to your custom package to add either inventory items or custom items to that package.
