After opening a project, locate the "Fulfillment" section.

From here you'll be able to adjust the number of Set Asides for the project.

Set the number of items that will need to be set aside. You also have the option to add notes to the file. This may help keep track of what happened to the items and what course of action was taken.

After saving the Set Aside, it will successfully appear on the top of the Fulfillment page and in the Set Aside column.
