To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Your Account Owner or Admins can customize the information displayed on printed barcodes. This helps you highlight the most relevant details for your team during Fulfillment.

Where to Configure Barcode Settings

You can update your barcode layout from either of these places:

  • Integration Settings:
Go to “Account Settings” > “Integration Settings” on the left-hand menu.

  • Inventory Settings:
Click the gear icon in the top right of your “Inventory” tab.

How to Customize Your Barcode Labels

  1. Click “Configure Labels”.

  2. A window will open with Label Format options.

  3. Select what information to display on your labels, including:

  • “Phone Number”

  • “Company Name”

  • “Address”

  • “Website/URL”

  • “Item Name”

  • “Item ID Number”

  • Or choose “None” for any of the above if you prefer a minimal label.

📌 Important Formatting Notes for Barcode Layouts

  • Item titles are capped at 35 characters.

  • Business names longer than 20 characters will be split into two lines:

    • If over 40 characters, the second line is capped at 16 characters and ends with an ellipsis (…).

  • Headquarters location is split into two lines:

    • Line 1: Address Line 1 (plus Line 2 if applicable)

    • Line 2: City, State, ZIP

  • Phone numbers and websites are not character-capped, but long URLs may run off the label if too lengthy.

🚧 Coming Soon:
You’ll soon be able to select a specific label size (e.g., small or large) for your barcode format.
