To learn any information about billing for a specific project, click on the “Projects” tab and search for the project by name, venue, client, or project number. Once in the individual project view, click the “Billing” tab.
What You’ll See on the Billing Tab
On this tab, you can track everything related to billing for the project. The page shows:
This tab also helps you manage invoice due dates effectively.
Contract Summary: Total contract value, payment schedule, and processing fees.
Billing Summary: Breakdown of payments, refunds, processing fees, and remaining balance.- The next scheduled payment date (invoice due date) is displayed in the Billing Summary section, along with the total remaining balance and the portion due now, based on your payment schedule.
Payments Table: Dates, methods, and statuses of client payments and refunds.
You can track the full flow of money—from authorizations to final payments—along with when those funds hit your account. Additionally, you can view upcoming due dates by navigating to the Contract tab and locating the Totals box at the bottom right. To print an invoice or related document, navigate to the Billing tab, click the Print option at the top right, and select the document you wish to view or print, such as Payment History or Pull Sheet.
