Learn how to regain access to your Goodshuffle Pro account, whether you're reactivating a past account or troubleshooting login issues.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Reactivating a Previously Used Account

If you had a Goodshuffle Pro account before and want to use it again, follow these steps instead of creating a new one:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" if you can’t remember your credentials.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your previous account.

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset or account recovery email.

  4. Follow the link provided to reset your password and reactivate your account.

💡 Reactivating your original account ensures you keep your history and preferences.

Resolving Login Issues in Goodshuffle Pro

If you're encountering issues logging into Goodshuffle Pro, such as error messages or device limits, follow these steps:

  • Refresh your browser.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Confirm you're on the correct login page: Goodshuffle Pro Login.

  • Re-enter your login credentials.

  • Disable any pop-up blockers both within the browser settings and extensions.

  • Turn off any VPN temporarily as it may interfere with the login process.

  • Restart your browser or try using an Incognito (private browsing) window as a troubleshooting step.

🚀 Most users resolve access issues by refreshing the page or waiting for active fixes. 💡 If you are notified that you have reached a device limit, sign out from one of the other devices or wait for an existing session to time out before logging in again.

Stuck on the "Verifying you are human" screen in Chrome

If Google Chrome keeps looping or spinning on the Cloudflare "Verifying you are human" screen but the site loads fine in another browser (Safari, Edge, or DuckDuckGo), this is usually a Chrome cookie-handling issue rather than a password problem. After trying the general steps above, if it still loops, allow third-party cookies for goodshuffle.com:

  1. In Chrome, go to Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.

  2. Under "Allow third-party cookies," add goodshuffle.com to the allowed list (or temporarily select "Allow third-party cookies").

  3. Reload pro.goodshuffle.com and try logging in again.

Also confirm your computer's date and time are set to automatic; a clock that is off can cause the verification step to loop.
