To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If you’re trying to track down projects that have received payment but haven’t been signed yet, Goodshuffle Pro makes it easy with a few simple steps.
Step 1: Add Custom Columns
Navigate to your Project List.
Click the “Manage Layout” icon.
Under the Billing tab, select:
“Net Paid”
“Remaining Balance”
These custom columns will automatically appear at the end of your Project List view.
Step 2: Filter by Status
From the project statuses above your columns, choose the “Quote Sent” status.
This will narrow your view to projects that haven’t yet been signed.
Step 3: Identify Paid but Unsigned Projects
Projects with a blank “Remaining Balance” have been fully paid.
Because you filtered by “Quote Sent”, these are not signed.
This gives you a quick list of clients who’ve already paid—even if they haven’t signed yet!
