To get us started, ensure you have your tax displayed internally on your projects.

If you're seeing 0.00 in tax, that means we've got to find out why it's not charging tax.

First, click the three dots next to an item on this project.

Then, click 'Edit'

From here, check to see if the tax rate isn't found in your account.

If you need to create a new tax rate, you (or your account owner) can create a new tax rate from their Account Settings.

Once you've added the new tax rate, you can recalculate tax on your projects to see the new tax apply.
