How Can I Add Notes to a Project?

Here's where you can add internal and external notes to a project.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Let's say you need to capture some information for your client and team for a project.

Click 'Add Notes' on a project:

Now you'll be able to record External Notes for your client, and Internal Notes for your team:

Click “Save” after entering your notes to ensure they’re added to the project.

Where Your Notes Appear (and Who Can See Them)

Use External Notes to share important information with your client—these will appear in their view of the project and will also show up on documents like the Receipt of Goods and Services and on Google Calendar events.

Use Internal Notes to record team-only details such as setup instructions, special requests, or client preferences. These are only visible to your team.
