Manual Override allows you to quickly check in items with a simple toggle, eliminating the need to scan individual QR codes and providing speed and flexibility in high-pressure moments.

You can now override how many items you’re scanning in during Fulfillment. This makes it faster to process bulk quantities (like 50 chairs or 300 napkins) without needing to scan each item individually.

How to Override Quantity When Scanning In:

Open the mobile scanning home on a mobile or desktop device. (Learn more - here)

  • Filter your projects that are assigned to you.

  • Choose the project you want to fulfill from the filtered list.

  • Tap the “Scan” button to begin your fulfillment stages

To override the quantity manually:

Click Manual Override

Manually adjust the quantity in your desired fulfillment stage.

What Happens After Using Manual Override

Once you apply a manual override to an item, barcode scanning will be disabled for that line item. This helps prevent accidental double-counting during Fulfillment.

If you need to switch back to scanning barcodes:

  • Hover the camera over an item that you manually overrode

  • Tap the item

  • Manually change the quantity back to 0

  • Click approve

This will re-enable scanning for that item, allowing you to continue tracking via barcodes as usual.
