This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When several line items on a contract need the same quantity change, you don't have to update them one at a time. The Bulk Edit Line Items modal includes a Quantity field that applies a single value to every line item you select.
How to Bulk Edit Quantities
Open your project and locate the Line Item Group containing the items you want to update.
Select the line items you want to bulk edit by checking the box next to each one.
Click "Bulk Edit" to open the Bulk Edit Line Items modal.
In the Quantity field, enter the value you want applied to every selected line item.
Click "Save" to apply the change.
The new quantity is applied to all selected line items immediately and reflected in the contract view.
Pro Tip: Leave the Quantity field blank if you don't want to change quantities. The field is optional — only the fields you fill in get applied to the selected items. This lets you bulk edit Tax or Quantity (or both) in the same action.
What to Expect
The Quantity field enforces the same validation rules as inline editing and the edit panel — quantities must be numeric and meet any minimum value requirements.
The value you enter is applied as the new quantity on every selected line item. (It does not add to or subtract from existing quantities.)
If any selected items have availability conflicts at the new quantity, you'll see the conflict indicator on the affected line items after saving. Resolve conflicts from the Fulfillment tab as usual.
When to Use Bulk Edit vs. Inline Edit
Use the Bulk Edit modal when several line items need the same quantity — for example, setting all centerpieces to 12 across a contract.
Use inline quantity editing when you're refining a single line item at a time.
