How Can I See Total Payments Received on Upcoming Events?

See how much has been paid to date across your upcoming events in Goodshuffle Pro.

Written by Colin Connor

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Need to track how much money has been collected for upcoming events? You can combine the Net Paid column with the Open Fulfillment filter to view totals for events that haven’t yet taken place. You can also filter by event date to scope the total to a specific period, such as a single weekend.

Note: This method totals Net Paid, which reflects all payments received minus refunds, not deposits alone. If a client has made additional payments beyond a deposit, those are included in the total. There is no way to total deposits on their own; Net Paid is the closest available figure.

Step 1: Add the Net Paid Column

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Click “Manage Layout”

  3. Under the Billing section, select “Net Paid.”

Step 2: Filter for Upcoming Events

  1. In the left-hand filter panel, scroll to Fulfillment.

  2. Click “Open” to filter out any fully completed events.

Step 3: Filter to a Specific Date Range (Optional)

To scope the total to a single weekend or any other date range, rather than all upcoming events:

  1. In the left-hand filter panel, find the event date filter.

  2. Set the start and end dates to cover the period you want, for example the Friday through Sunday of the weekend in question.

  3. The list will narrow to projects with events in that range, and the Net Paid footer total will update to match.

Step 4: View and Total Payments Received

Once filtered:

  • You’ll see the Net Paid amounts per project.

  • Look at the Totals footer under the Net Paid column view the total paid across all listed projects.

What Does “Net Paid” Include?
Net Paid reflects total payments received minus refunds. It’s a great way to estimate collected income before an event takes place.
