How can I check to see if I have specific inventory items available for a specific date or time period?

Here's how you can use the date filters to see which items are going out / are available during a weekend.

If you'd like to see which items are 'In Use' within a custom date range all you have to do is navigate to the Inventory tab and put in the dates you'd like to search in the Start Date and End Date area.

Once you've set a date range, you'll then see two new columns:

  • In Stock (how many you have ready to go in this range)

  • Max Needed (the highest amount needed in this range)
