This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Want to know which members of your team have been assigned to a project? You can now add the “Other Members” Custom Column to your Project List to quickly view team assignments.
How to Add the “Other Members” Column
Go to your Projects tab.
Click Manage Layout at the top right to customize your columns.
Select “Other Members” under the "Team" section to add the column to your view.
This will display icons or initials for any team members assigned to each project.
Pro tip: In Goodshuffle Pro Standard, you can combine this with the Project List Download to get a downloadable list of who on your team is assigned to which projects, to help with scheduling.
