What Does the QR Code on the Top of My Pull Sheets Do?

Learn how the QR code on pull sheets connects directly to Mobile Fulfillment in Goodshuffle Pro.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Why There’s a QR Code on Pull Sheets

Every pull sheet generated in Goodshuffle Pro includes a QR code at the top. This QR code is designed to make it quick and easy for your warehouse or delivery team to jump right into Mobile Fulfillment without extra searching. It is important to note that the QR code is a standard feature of Pull Sheets and cannot be removed, ensuring consistent functionality for all users.

How the QR Code Works

  1. Print or View the Pull Sheet
Generate a pull sheet for any project as usual.

  2. Scan the QR Code
Use your phone or tablet’s camera to scan the QR code at the top of the sheet.

Instant Access to Mobile Fulfillment

The QR code will open to the Mobile Fulfillment Link Tree: This provides instant access to project details, enabling team members to efficiently manage tasks without delays.

From there, your team can view project details, check items in and out, confirm quantities, and track progress in real time. By reducing manual search time, the QR code significantly improves workflow efficiency and operational accuracy.

💡 Pro Tip: If your team shares physical pull sheets, scanning the QR code prevents mistakes from opening the wrong event.
