How Can I See the Subtotal of Products on a Project?

Learn how to add a custom column in your Project List to view the total value of all products on signed contracts.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Step-by-Step: Add the Product Subtotal Column

  1. Navigate to your Project List.

  2. Click Edit Custom Columns on the far right.

  3. Under the Sales category, select All Products Subtotal (Signed).

  4. Click Update Columns to save your selection. Apply any filters like Sale Lead, Date Range, or Venue to narrow down your view.

  5. Hover over the Product Subtotal (Signed) column header to see the total across all visible projects.

You can sort this filter by clicking the arrow until it sorts from highest to lowest or vice versa.

Pro Tip: Want to compare product-only revenue across different years? Use the same All Product Subtotal (Signed) column and update your date filters to match the years you're comparing. This makes year-over-year reports a breeze.
