This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your “Projects” page.
Click “Manage Layout” to add “Venue” as a Custom Column.
You'll find “Venue” under the “Event Information” section. Check the "Venue" box and it will automatically appear at the end of your Project List view.
You can also drag and drop the Venue column to adjust its position in your view.
Use filters to narrow your results if needed:
Filter by Start Date, Sales Lead, Due Balances, etc.
Select all visible projects by clicking the checkbox at the top.
Click the Download icon and select “Project List – Visible Columns.”
Choose between different file types (e.g., PDF or XLSX) and your preferred language (e.g., French, Spanish, or English).
Open the Excel file and sort or filter by the “Venue” column to see how often you deliver to each location.
This is a great way to spot repeat venues and plan your operations more efficiently!
Note that Goodshuffle Pro Lite Plans can only export Contracts (signed and unsigned) from the Project List. You must upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard to export other files.
